The position location will be based
onshore in Cameroun where you will be
reporting to the Rig Manager.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring the rig
is manned in accordance with Maersk
Drilling requirements at all times. This will
include:
 Recruitment of rig personnel including
sourcing of candidates
 Maintaining personnel database and
other IT systems
 Ensuring all personnel matters are
handled in accordance with the National
and International acts and labour
agreements
 Participating in 24 hour duty, and
supporting the Rig Team in the event of an
emergency
 Booking training as required by company
policy, our clients and the regulators
 Booking travel and accommodation as
necessary
We are looking for
A candidate experienced in personnel
administration, specifically within an oil
and gas environment. The ideal Personnel
Coordinator works at their best within a
team environment, remaining focused on
the objectives of the Rig Team and
demonstrating exceptional
administration.
