EXTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE, JG 52
Maersk Ghana Ltd is searching for a passionate individual for the position of External Sales Executive within the Tema -Accra area.
Key Responsibilities



Execute customer specific strategies all targets in respect of volume, revenue, yield and customer satisfaction are achieved and possibly exceeded

Follow up customer adherence to agreed commitments, DSO (timely freight settlements), longstandings, etc.

Promote E-commerce services

Facilitate effective execution of and follow-up on quarterly client satisfaction surveys

Manage timely and accurate update of crucial sales support systems such as INSIGHT, SCV,MARS, etc.

Carry out general administrative Sales work, including data input, travel arrangements, visit planning, etc.

In collaboration with the other country functions, ensure execution of service packages as agreed with customers

Provide prompt & competitive freight quotation at satisfactory yields (above minimums) in connection with Quote Tool

Bookings v/s Quote ratio

Quotation turn time

Vessel utilisation – Based on allocation granted

Skills Required



Good business, market and customer understanding

Experience in route management, sales, business development, marketing and customer services

Decisive, has a sense of urgency and result orientation to deliver objectives, increase sales and yield performance

Inspire, motivate, communicate and collaborate to drive the necessary changes in process, organization and customer satisfaction.

PEX mindset/understanding and analytical skills.

Set clear targets and follow up

Fluent in English
