SW Global Limited : Marketing Manager

Job Objective
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple, complex tasks and able to work with several groups at once. The candidate should be able to prioritize and execute when
necessary with National Marketing and make informed changes as needed. As with most eCommerce roles, the candidate will also need to understand web technology, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ability to focus on what matters most amidst a steady stream of competing priorities is crucial.
Position Introduction

SW Global Limited seeks a qualified individual for the position of Marketing Manager with branding background. The successful applicant must be able to clearly distill and deliver the message of SW Global to a wide range of target markets. S/he must be able to differentiate the services of SW Global from its competitors in order to ensure user loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives

* Develop and implement a Global marketing plan and branding scheme for the organization


* Must have demonstrable success in terms of driving internal and external teams to meet aggressive goals


* Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs and show event campaigns

* Manage correspondence with media and advertising outlets

* Prepare and present marketing and corporate presentations
* Create and maintain the business plan for the markets served by our product line
* Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities
* Develop and manage the marketing budget to drive the timely completion of marketing goals and objectives on a quarter by quarter basis.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues.
* Ability to create business cases and analyze results

Educational Requirements and Work Experience
* Bachelor's degree or other 4 year university degree. MBA a plus

* Minimum of 7 years experience in integrated marketing and branding
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues.
* High volume marketing communications across multiple platforms.
* Proven ability to manage projects, budgets and marketing communication agencies

* Experience working with a cross-functional and international team preferred.
